Salad With Smoked Trout and dry raspberry dressing

Goose mousse in apple sauce served with wholemeal bread

Pork marinated tenderloin served with rucola, grated Parmesan cheese and capers

* 2. As a main course I choose:

Zander fillet on spicy puree with green asparagus

Beef cheeks with roasted pearl barley and caramelized carrot

Duck breast served with potato dumplings, redcurrant sauce and red cabbage

Ravioli with mushrooms, ricotta cheese and truffle oil

3. As a dessert I choose:

Chocolate cake with mint ice cream

Torrid tiramisu with raspberry sauce

Apple tart with whipped cream
